About Vance

I am a native of Fayetteville and have lived through the positive developments of our great city.  I have a great knowledge of our area as well as the real estate business that allows me to provide and excellent service to my clients.  Many obstacles in Real Estate have presented themselves to me throughout my career.  This has given me valuable experience to help my clients succeed.  In 2005 I obtained a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University and shortly after received my North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license.

I am a proud husband to my wife Lauren.   When I am not working I enjoy hanging out with my wife, dog, and friends.  I enjoy taking in what Fayetteville has to offer, great weather, golf, numerous festivals, and great restaurants.
